Love Letters (#81 Pen and paper)

This is my entry for the Digital-whisper 100 themes challenge # 81 Pen and Paper. I had fun using imagery from the Holliewood/Tangie Baxter (Queen of Cakes) kit from Deviantartscraps. Found some interesting quills and pen images from wikimedia and overlayed bits of handwritten letters. A bit of a fun French Marie Valentine!

This piece is entitled "Rosetta" for the (Ancient) theme at digital-whisper. The imagery used in this collage is from Dover, wikimedia, E-vint.com. Old text is derived from Hebrew, Egyptian and some Celtic sources. Reduced opacity and soft light filters were used for ageing effects.
